Returns & Exchanges Policy:
Given the handcrafted nature of our products, slight imperfections are normal. We strive to create each candle in the best possible condition. Due to our commitment to quality, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges unless an item arrives with significant damage. International Shipping: At present, we exclusively offer shipping within Australia only
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on handmade candle, sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If the damage is acceptable we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
