Processing Time: Our artisanal candles are meticulously crafted by hand. To ensure the highest quality, we kindly request that you allow up to 5 business days for order processing prior to shipment.

Packaging:

We provide standard white shipping box for all candles. For an additional fee, gift box packaging is available in the shopping item

Shipping Duration: Upon processing completion, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Please note that delivery times may fluctuate based on your geographical location.

Artisanal Product Notice: As each candle is individually handcrafted, slight variations in color, weight, and appearance may occur compared to website images. These subtle differences contribute to the unique character of each piece.

Fragility Advisory: Due to the delicate nature of beeswax candles, minor imperfections or slight shipping-related damage, such as small cracks or dents, may occasionally occur. This is typical and does not compromise the product's quality or functionality. We kindly request that you handle and store your candles with care.
